JoAnn, Office Manager

Selbyville dental office manager JoAnn

As our office manager, my role encompasses day-to-day management and front office activities, patient and employee management, marketing, communications, and any other business responsibilities necessary to keep our practice running effortlessly. I find it rewarding to build relationships with generations of families in the community and see our office thrive.

I contributed to the community by teaching as an Adjunct Professor in the Front Office Administration Course at our community college for many years.

I’ve been married since 2003 to my husband, Hagen, and we have four adult children, one grandson, and one granddaughter. I love boating, Oriole baseball, Baltimore Ravens football, the beach, cooking, and all the family time I can get. I love our community and all it has to offer!

Millie, Office Administrator

Dental office administrator Millie

I have worked at the front desk of this practice, taking care of patients’ administrative needs, for the past 40 years. I also manage the business and financial part of the office. I enjoy educating patients, answering their questions, and seeing everyone have a pleasant experience so they walk out smiling.

I have been married for 35 years to my husband, Brad, and we have one son, who is engaged to be married. Outside of work, I like to read, spend time with my family, shop, go out to eat, and sunbathe.

Gabby, Dental Assistant

Dental assistant Gabby

I graduated from Sussex Tech and have 16 years of experience as a Dental Assistant, all of which have been at this office! We’ve created such a special environment here, where each patient feels special and every member of our team feels important. I look forward every day to working closely with patients to achieve a good, healthy smile.

My husband, Russell, and I have two children and two dogs. We love 4-wheeling as a family and boating, and I enjoy shopping and hanging out at the beach.

Kaitlin, Certified Dental Assistant

Certified dental assistant Kaitlin

I earned my Dental Assistant Certification at Sussex Tech High School in 2018 and joined Dr. Kramer's dental office a few years later. Since then, I’ve learned so many new and exciting ways we can give people their smiles back. Both Dr. Paul and Dr. Jim perform meticulous work and are always willing to teach each assistant as to why we do things to give patients the best care and dental work possible. Being part of such a meaningful transformation never gets old!

I’m an avid camper with my boyfriend, Grayson, and a dog mom of two adorable pups. I love gardening, cooking, boating, fishing, and spoiling my two nieces!

Hadlie, Certified Dental Assistant

Certified dental assistant Hadlie

I graduated from Sussex Tech High School, earning my Dental Assistant Certification in 2021. My favorite part of my job is getting to know so many different patients and being a listening ear, even if it is not dental-related. I enjoy building interpersonal relationships, not only with our patients but with my teammates as well. They’re like my family!

I enjoy spending time with my nephew, HJ, on the weekends, go-cart racing, taking my two dogs, Riley and Remi, to the beach, and spending precious time with my boyfriend, Tyler. I’m a big Eagles fan too!

Fay, Dental Hygienist

Dental hygienist Fay

I began my career as a Certified Dental Assistant, prior to earning my RDH degree from Delaware Technical Community College. I’ve spent the past 34 years working with Dr. Kramer, educating our patients on the importance of thorough home care for their dental and general health. Everyone here believes in preventive dental care and strives for excellence in all aspects of dental treatment.

I am a Delaware native and have been married since 1977. My daughter was born in 1984. I’m a lifetime member and past officer of the Auxiliary of the Georgetown Fire Company and spent 12 years on the Dental Hygiene Advisory Committee with the Board of Dentistry and Dental Hygiene. One of the most fulfilling parts of my life was the 12 years I spent coaching Special Olympics bocce and bowling. When I have time, my hobbies include quilting, audiobooks, and travel.

Danielle, Dental Hygienist

Dental hygienist Danielle

I began working with Dr. Kramer in 1992 as a Dental Assistant, then returned in 2022 as a Registered Dental Hygienist after graduating Suma Cum Laude from Delaware Technical Community College. One of the most rewarding aspects of dental hygiene is helping people overcome their fear of dentistry. When they leave, they realize that a visit to the dentist can be anxiety-free, and maybe even a little fun!

At home, I have two children and two dogs. I’m a devoted Disney fan and very active in the online pin-trading community. I also enjoy football and camping when I can. In addition, I’m a minimalist person who tries to purchase items with the least effect on the environment.

Olivia, Dental Hygienist

Dental hygienist Olivia

I attended Sussex Technical High School, completing both the Dental Assistant and Orthodontic Assistant Certifications. I decided to further my education at Horry Georgetown Technical College and earned my Registered Dental Hygienist license. My number one goal is to make patients feel comfortable when coming to the dentist, while providing them with excellent, educational hygiene care. I genuinely care about my patients and treat them like I’d treat my own family.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my boyfriend, Jacob, camping, gardening, country concerts, and going on Jeep rides. I also teach at Sussex Technical as an instructor for dental assisting.

Megan, Dental Hygienist

Dental hygienist Megan

I’ve been practicing in general private dental practices as a Dental Hygienist for 17 years. I find immense joy in educating patients about the importance of dental care and empowering them to achieve and maintain a healthy smile. It's incredibly rewarding to see the positive impact that good oral hygiene can have on their overall well-being.

In my free time, I love to travel, spend time with family, and spoil my dog, Duke.
